As part of the program to rehabilitate the Galilee after the war, the FoodTech initiative was launched to train 120 employees for emerging roles in the FoodTech industry. As part of a collaboration with the Ministry of Labor’s Yozma Initiative for Youth Employment, three professional training programs are offered for young adults aged 18–35: a UI/UX course in partnership with the Municipality of Ofakim for residents of the Western Negev, a Data Analyst course focused on evacuees from the north and war-affected individuals, and a Project Management course as part of the “Tnufa for the North” initiative. All programs include professional mentoring through job placement.
