As part of the program to rehabilitate the Galilee after the war, the FoodTech initiative was launched to train 120 employees for emerging roles in the FoodTech industry. This program bridges academic training with the evolving needs of the industry, incorporating a “Last Mile Education” component to position the program as a center of knowledge in the field.

As part of a collaboration with the Ministry of Labor’s Yozma Initiative for Youth Employment, three professional training programs are offered for young adults aged 18–35: a UI/UX course in partnership with the Municipality of Ofakim for residents of the Western Negev, a Data Analyst course focused on evacuees from the north and war-affected individuals, and a Project Management course as part of the “Tnufa for the North” initiative. All programs include professional mentoring through job placement.

This intensive bootcamp was conducted simultaneously in five centers across the country, training around 120 participants for highly in-demand development roles. As part of a collaboration with the Ministry of Labor’s Yozma Initiative for Youth Employment, three professional training programs are offered for young adults aged 18–35: a UI/UX course in partnership with the Municipality of Ofakim for residents of the Western Negev, a Data Analyst course focused on evacuees from the north and war-affected individuals, and a Project Management course as part of the “Tnufa for the North” initiative. All programs include professional mentoring through job placement.

Programs for Ultra-Orthodox Men
In collaboration with MeGo, Elevation led the final stage of a training track for ultra-Orthodox men. This intensive bootcamp was conducted simultaneously in five centers across the country, training around 120 participants for highly in-demand development roles. The training was designed to meet current market needs, focusing on practical and professional skills that enable entry into key positions in high-tech.

(For the North) Program

As part of a joint initiative by Walla, Mifal HaPais, and Elevation, the “B’Shvil HaTzafon” program offers hands-on training and practical support for small and medium-sized businesses in Northern Israel impacted by the Iron Swords War. Participants will gain effective tools in digital marketing and e-commerce, benefit from personal mentorship and professional guidance, and take part in practical workshops designed to help their businesses recover and grow.

Recognized as one of Google’s most impactful global programs, it has trained over 1,000 businesses in Israel and the UAE over the past five years, with the majority of businesses increasing their revenues within two months of completion.

This program aims to enhance productivity in Israeli industrial plants by implementing data-driven tools for information management. Over 100 factories across the country have undergone training to transition to decision-making processes based on data analysis. The program also provides employees with tools for strategic planning and human capital management, supported by dedicated mentors.
