(“the Company”, “we”) respects the privacy of all users of its services – whether you are visiting our main website, registering for one of our training programs through dedicated landing pages, or expressing interest in business collaborations. The purpose of this policy is to detail the information we collect across all our digital assets (main website, program websites, landing pages, and digital forms) and to explain how we use it.

The type of information varies depending on the nature of your interaction with us:

A. For Prospects and Business Clients (B2B):

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, role, and organization name.

  • Inquiry content: information you provide when contacting us regarding collaborations.

B. For Applicants and Participants in Training Programs (G2B/C2B):

  • Personal and demographic information: full name, ID number, residential address, age, gender.

  • Employment and academic information: CV, transcripts, employment history, LinkedIn profile, portfolio.

  • Screening and training process information: responses to screening tests, course grades, attendance records, instructor evaluations, and placement status (whether you were hired).

C. Technical Information (All Users):

  • IP address, device type, browser type, and information collected through cookies and pixels regarding usage patterns on our websites.

 


2. Purposes of Use

We use the information for the following purposes:

  1. Eligibility assessment – screening and selecting candidates for training programs.

  2. Program operation – managing the learning process, communicating with students, and assigning grades.

  3. Career Services placement – connecting program graduates with potential employers (subject to participant consent).

  4. Reporting to partners – reporting registration and placement data to funding bodies (government/philanthropy).

  5. Marketing – sending professional updates and course offers.

  6. Lead generation – following up with interested individuals by phone.

 


3. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may share information in the following cases:

  • Program partners (Hiring/Funding Partners): transferring information to entities funding or operating the course (such as government ministries or high-tech companies) for oversight and screening purposes.

  • Potential employers: transferring graduates’ CVs to recruiting companies.

  • Service providers: CRM systems, LMS systems, mailing systems, communication platforms, and cloud providers committed to data security.

  • Merger or acquisition (“Exit” clause): if the Company is acquired, merged, or reorganized, customer lists and collected information may be transferred as part of the assets to the new entity.

  • Legal requirement: pursuant to a court order.

  • In case of violation of the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or if you perform actions through the website that appear unlawful or attempt to do so.

  • In case of any dispute, claim, demand, or legal proceedings between you and us.

  • Where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent bodily injury or property damage (to you or a third party) or in connection with investigating suspected illegal activities.

Information may also be stored and processed on servers located outside Israel (e.g., in the U.S. or Europe) by cloud providers that meet stringent international security standards.
