About The Position

Elevation is looking for a Program Manager to lead various training programs in a wide range of industries with our enterprise clients. The program manager manages the entire lifecycle of a training program, from building methodologies and strategies to managing the day to day of participants and instructors. As a program manager, you will be performing a vital role in which you will work closely with our most valued customers and with the company’s internal teams. You will be responsible for, among others:

Responsibilities:

  • Creating a successful interface between the company teams and the clients’ decision-makers.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' business needs and helping them achieve their goals with Elevation's training solutions while enhancing their satisfaction.
  • Ongoing customer support and customer satisfaction incl. ongoing satisfaction of the trainings participants (employees of our corporate clients).
  • Analyzing data and providing reports and feedback to customers.
  • Organising and producing marketing events, planning, issuing invites, execution and speaking at events.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as program manager, operation manager, project manager, customer success, community manager or business development.
  • Familiar with various sectors and methodologies. Know how to translate the needs and motives of customers into learning and development plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a Learning & Development solution company - an advantage.
  • Experience in management, consulting and sales - an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial - you’re inventive and feel a sense of ownership in everything you do and highly independent.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • A people’s person who loves meeting new people and interact with them.
