Elevation is looking for a Program Operations Specialist to help us execute the Google Shopping IL Academy program and the SkillUp Embark program in the UAE, designed to help SMB’s digitally transform their business. 

The program operations specialist manages the operational activities of the program, from onboarding applicants and managing the day-to-day operations and communication with participants and instructors to tracking the feedback reports and managing the mentoring process both in Israel and in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Working together with the program manager to deliver top-notch execution of all the program’s aspects
• Onboarding new participants
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the ongoing programs
• Maintaining the daily communication with the participants and facilitating their needs 
• Managing the program timeline, calendars, and communication
• Collecting and analyzing the participants’ feedback reports
• Improving of the program's infrastructure according to conclusions based on the participant’s feedback
• Managing the mentorship program
