Israeli high-tech plays a vital role in the economy, not just as a leading economic force and contributing to a high percentage of GDP, but also as a social force – producing technological solutions to global challenges and enabling social leadership through integrating workers from a variety of backgrounds.

We are writing a new story in which employment plays a very important role, and the high-tech industry is leading the way for technologically-driven job creation. Selected Programs

Named one of the Google sponsored programs to watch worldwide. ShoppingIL has been hand holding e-commerce entrepreneurs and businesses to make the most of the online tools available to them and boost their businesses. The program has been running in 4 yearly cohorts for over 5 years.

In collaboration with Google, this groundbreaking program aims to increase the number of women employed in high-tech industries and to help businesses absorb relevant facts. First and only program to train and assist women in entering positions in the fields of data, CS and high-tech sales. The program successfully trained over 200 women with no experience out of thousands of applications. They have now been integrated into a variety of industry companies.

A high-tech professions academy that we helped establish and operate for Monday.com. Monday decided to take an active role in growing the Israeli high-tech community. Monday U offers different academies for people who want to convert into different high-tech careers. The Monday U technology academies cover a wide range of fields from data and programming to marketing and sales.

An educational program that imparts skills for a technologically oriented job market to the Arab minority in Israel as part of a long-term commitment to help them. A partnership between Elevation, Atidna and the Innovation Authority facilitates the management of the programs throughout each phase, from screening of candidates to recruitment to training to finding jobs for program graduates once they graduate.

A training program that helps single parents advance their careers so they can support their families with dignity.

By working with the Itworks association, Elevation assisted in building the program and conducting the necessary training for the participants, enabling them to commit and succeed.

It gives businesses the tools and skills they need to understand and grow their website independently.

The SkillUP Embark Ecommerce program was initiated by Google in order to aid small and large businesses in the United Arab Emirates. It was decided to expand ShoppingIL’s activity to this area as well, especially after the Corona crisis. Therefore, Google hired Elevation in order to produce a similar program, following the successful activity of ShoppingIL in Israel.

It gives businesses the tools and skills they need to understand and grow their website independently.

Elevation assisted Place IL in all the screening processes for candidates, who come from underrepresented populations, to ensure they would be placed as interns at top hi-tech companies. This is all done using advanced methods and technologies developed by Elevation.

An exciting initiative by the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Rashi Foundation, Google, and elevation to support women who have been impacted by domestic violence by increasing their employment prospects and ensuring they earn decent wages. As a result of our experience, we were asked to train these women and prepare them for high-tech growth positions. Training in technological fields such as data, SC, social management, and more was completed by the women both in person and online.

A program to increase the productivity of industrial plants in Israel by implementing data-driven tools for managing information. Through a data-based decision-making process, we have trained over 100 factories across the country to make significant efficiencies in their factories. The factory employees also received tools for building marketing strategies and efficiency in human capital, while being closely supervised by Elevation mentors.

The Ministry of Economy, the Joint, and the Coalition for Haredim Employment initiated this project to increase Haredi integration into high-tech. The purpose of the program is to prepare graduates for high-tech employment by preparing them with the latest and most relevant tools. This program has produced hundreds of graduates who are now on their way to a new career in high-tech.

A successful strategy for implementing JP Morgan’s ESG goals and supporting underrepresented populations. It aims to improve the quality of life of populations with low socioeconomic status by providing free training and recruiting assistance.
